The shift happens when we stop overthinking truth and just let it move through us, but that transition is tricky becuz most of us have spent years training the mind to be gatekeeper. I've seen how the investigative energy can either sharpen clarity or spiral into obsession, depending on wheter we're anchored in frequency first.
