Without their calm strength, without them simply doing what they were designed to do, life on this planet would not survive.
We serve the same function. It takes practice, and requires intentional time to seek the stillness - but we can take in the toxicity of the world, the fear, the confusion, the emotional pollution, and through calm, clarity, and grounded presence, transmute that energy into a new resonance.
A resonance of love, of peace and of steadiness, and in doing so, create beauty in places where it never used to belong.
