The heart frequency is coming back online, reminding us that the mind is an essential vehicle along this journey, but it is just that, a vehicle, not the driver. The soul is meant to steer, working in collaboration with the mind, guiding it through intuition, feeling, and inner truth. As we move into a more soul-led way of living, the mind is learning to release control and be informed by the soul, rather than be in command.
