Dear friends,
We’ve learned to manage our emotions instead of feeling them. Instead of dealing with the heart, we can jump straight to the mind and distract, rationalize, and just push on. But what we don’t express doesn’t disappear, it just waits - often presenting at the most inconvenient, or unearned moment, leading to the ‘emotional outburst embarrassment’. (well, it does for me).
Today the sky asks us to honestly look at our emotions. Not to analyze feelings or fix them, but to make space for them to exist and be felt. Whatever’s there, let it be there. This kind of presence takes courage, but it’s where depth is found - and depth is power.
Today’s sound activation is here for this reason. Music and words combine with the energy of the day, to allow you to tune in and stay with what’s been buried. Let it move through who, however that looks.

Dear friends,
Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.
Today we send the light of our love to those sitting with feelings that refuse to stay on the surface
To the ones who can feel something deeper stirring - emotions that don’t want small talk or quick fixes. Those aware that intensity isn’t a flaw today, it’s a signal. We send our light to anyone brave enough to look honestly at what’s been buried, rather than skimming past it.
May my depth become a source of strength, not fear
I allow myself to feel without judgment.
I trust what intensity reveals, not what it threatens.
I meet truth directly, even when it’s uncomfortable.
I let honesty replace avoidance.
I honour my inner world as worthy of care.
This is not a day for surface-level solutions.
Emotions want acknowledgement, not management.
Today, the sky pulls us inward
If something feels charged, it’s asking for presence.
Avoidance only sharpens what’s already there.
Today is about depth
Depth handled consciously becomes power.
As the Moon enters Scorpio, emotions intensify and attention turns toward what’s hidden, unresolved, or emotionally charged. This energy doesn’t tolerate pretense - it wants truth, even if it’s quiet and private. Used well, it supports deep insight and emotional honesty.
