A relentless barrage of tension and injustice - lawlessness in America, fires in Australia, Venezuela, Greenland, Gaza, Ukraine, Iran, the murder of Renee, and all the rest. It’s so hard to find the words that can hold the full weight of anger, and grief, and injustice without diminishing them. It’s hard to witness it all, and feel so powerless. But what we can do, is turn to the stillness within, listen to the soul and hold each other in love. Not to bypass or try to ignore the atrocities of the world, but rather to transmute them. To seek the stillness, calm, clarity and transform the toxicity of the world, the fear, the confusion, the lies, the gaslighting and the emotional pollution into a new resonance. To recalibrate and stay in the frequency of love - with open hearts.
