These wounds can run deep, and hurt more than words can say. It is not to be ignored, or shirked off, but what we choose to do with the wound is where power lives. Do we react from the wound, or begin to heal it? It takes immense courage, patience, tenderness and grace to sit in the discomfort of healing, and even more courage to choose to keep the heart open through it - to never turn our light off. To choose to be led by the soul, not the mind. To remember that the mind and the soul were never meant to be separate, but to work in collaboration with the soul steering, and the mind listening.
