The age of the heart is HERE. Mercury stations retrograde in Pisces today. Mercury pausing here - in the realm of dreams, emotion, and the unseen - turns the mind INWARD and downward, away from logic and toward feeling. The Moon moves into Cancer, adding an emotional tenderness - and the Sun’s square to Lilith surfaces something shadowed.
Today is all about being moved from a mind-led way of operating into a heart-led one. Today is about feeling, and turning inward with honesty - letting what’s been submerged finally breathe. It’s not a passive energy, and we can either allow the energy to pass, or intentionally anchor into and activate this energy within us. To do this, the mind and soul need to both be spoken to in a language they can each understand, reminding them to work together in collaboration (with the soul taking the lead). It sounds complicated, but today’s sound activation makes it easy. The melodic music speaks to and activates the soul, which then informs the wayward mind how to receive the words and astrological energy. The resonant breathing pattern is an added bonus to calm the nervous system, making this whole process easily accepted by the body.
