Something important is about to happen, and the warning sign is the bracing of the body. The jaw tightens, and somehow the shoulders are around the ears. The mind is in overdrive running worst-case scenarios before we even know what we’re bracing for. But something important coming doesn’t have to be negative, in fact, it could be a good thing (even if it’s in disguise).

Today is about preparation for what’s coming, and it is not to be ignored. Don’t be caught doing a frantic last-minute preparation dash. Use this cosmic energy and free sound activation to clear the desk, tidy the room and steady the heart. The words, orchestral music and embedded breathing pattern in this guided meditation meet the fierceness and the bracing, and give the nervous system permission to soften into preparation instead of once again armouring up.

Let this music be the medicine that turns the brace into a breath.

Get comfortable, put on your headphones (best way to experience the journey) and let this sound carry you, exactly where you need to go :

Dear friends,

Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.

Today we send the light of our love to those gathering themselves before something is born. To the ones who can feel a beginning approaching but haven’t yet stepped into it. To those quietly preparing by clearing the desk, tidying the room, choosing the words or bracing the heart. We send our light to anyone who knows tomorrow asks something of them and is taking today to be ready.

May I prepare the soil with care.
I take the time to gather myself before I begin.
I clear the space, inside and out, for what is coming.
I trust that preparation is also the work.
I name what I am about to plant, and I name it honestly.
I am not late, I am exactly on time.

The seed isn’t planted yet, but the soil is being chosen today.
Notice what you’re surrounding yourself with.
What you’re letting in and what you’re putting down.
Today, the body settles into Taurus ground.
This is preparation, not procrastination.
Make space and clear the small clutter.
What you ready today is what tomorrow grows.
Don’t rush it.
Tend it.

Tomorrow night brings the year’s deepest seeding moment and today is the day for gathering and readying. The energy is earthy, steady, and patient with everything converging toward what we choose to build slowly. But underneath that patience, something fierce and clarifying is also moving and old wounds being brought toward honesty. The ground is being prepared in two ways at once: tender above and fierce beneath.

This is a day for choosing carefully what you’re about to plant, and tending the ground with care.

May your day be filled with love and light,

If this sound activation helped you, tell the people you love…

P.S. I'd love to know - what are you cleaning out? Feel free to leave a comment.
