Hello Hudson. I haven’t been active here as much the past few weeks. It’s been a rough slog through some deep muddy waters. I’d fallen away from daily practices and gone into survival mode. Coming back to them now, this particular sound activation unlocked something old and very tender for me. I cried in a way that felt purging, and very healing. It was so needed.
