The message from the sky today - the steady, unseen work is the work that holds.
Today's sound activation goes out to those who’ve been carrying more responsibility than they signed up for and are starting to feel it in their shoulders.
May the steady work be enough
I do the thing in front of me, and then the next thing.
I carry what’s mine and I set down what was never mine.
I let the weight teach me what I’m strong enough for.
I make peace with being unseen for a while.
I rest when the work is done, and I let that be a kind of work too.
Put your headphones on and press play..
Today’s sound activation is for Plus+ members, but Monday to Wednesday activations are free for everyone.
