Dear friends,
Each day, we gather here - hearts from every corner of the globe - to share a breath, a quiet pause, and send the light of our love into a dark world.
Today we send the light of our love to those who feel the ground shifting beneath their daily lives.
To the ones who woke up this morning with a heaviness they can’t source. To the ones whose routines feel suddenly thin - going through the motions, while something underneath hums at a frequency they’ve never felt before. We send our light to those whose bodies are registering a change their minds haven’t caught up to and restlessness in your chest, that feeling is not yours alone. It belongs to everyone right now.
May the unsettling become my invitation
I trust the discomfort that arrives without explanation.
I do not mistake emotional disruption for emotional failure.
I welcome the questions rising from places I thought were settled.
I release the need to feel okay before I feel what’s real.
I let the shaking in my foundation teach me where I actually stand.
There’s a particular kind of overwhelm that doesn’t come from anything going wrong. It comes from everything going deeper.
The stories you’ve told yourself about who you are and what your life is for, are not collapsing, but they’re thinning.
Today, the body knows what the mind won’t say yet
You are not falling apart. You are falling in.
You can feel the light coming through the worn places.
This is what it feels like when the foundation of your identity gets honest.
You don’t have to have answers today.
You just have to stop pretending the questions aren’t there.
Saturn and Neptune - freshly fused at 0° Aries - have made the gap between how life looks and how life feels become impossible to ignore. You might feel it as a disconnect at work, a strange hollowness in ambitions that used to drive you or a sudden inability to care about things you were supposed to care about. Something deep is ready to transform. Don’t try to make sense of it yet. Underneath all the disruption, there is an expansion happening. A sense - however faint - that you are becoming more of yourself, not less.
This is a day for trusting the feeling even when the thinking fails you.
