The Frequency Conspiracy: Have We Been Listening to the Wrong Tones All Along?
Episode 1 - The Secret Life of Frequencies, Kylie Minogue, and What the Hell a Solfreggio Even Is.
The Lost Frequencies: Ancient Codes for a Coherent Life
What if the most powerful healing tool wasn’t in a pill, or a therapy room -
but was readily and freely accessible in frequencies and tones of everyday life?
Yes I’m talking literal sound waves (music, tones), but also energetic frequencies we willingly bathe in:
Movies.
TV shows.
Podcasts.
Friendships.
Conversations.
…even our own thoughts.
This question has led me to do some investigation into the healing power of frequencies and resonance.
The idea of sound healing is old age wisdom. For thousands of years our ancestors were using music to heal. Our ancestors weren’t just making entertaining noise, they were attuning themselves to what they felt was the harmony of body, soul, and cosmos.
As the modern world appears to be collapsing under the weight of chaos, corruption, and cortisol, I think it’s time to remember what they already knew.
Maybe it’s time to bring these ancient, restorative ways back into everyday life.
Welcome to The Frequency Conspiracy - Episode 1.
This morning I was blissfully driving to the gym, minding my own business when Kylie Minogue’s I Want to Go Out Dancing came on shuffle.
Before I could say ‘double shot almond latte please’, the music had somehow cranked itself to max, and I was full-throttle dance-driving and miming.
My body and spirit needed…nah…demanded to move.
And honestly, who was I to argue.
Yes, there were many strange looks from people at the lights,
but I chose to take their confused (or terrified) expression as a compliment.
So thank you kind sir for you supportive glances.
(Who knows, maybe he caught the joy too).
My point is this:
From the moment the first note hit, my body and energy field immediately responded.
No thought, just resonance.
And that’s exactly what fascinates me, so I’m doing some caffeine infused investigation.
Make yourself an espresso and come along for the ride.
You may also bring your own supportive glances (and snacks).
Pop Music, Pre-Cognition & the Ancient Sound of Yes
In a previous post I talked about the relationship between frequency and resonance. The way they are intertwined and why it is essential that we are intentional with the resonance we choose and broadcast to the world.
To recap (love a good pop quiz):
We are vibrational beings.
Everything we consume whether music, food, media, thoughts, even people - shapes our internal frequency.
That frequency (sonic or not) becomes our energetic field that you unconsciously broadcast into the world.
But of all those inputs, music is the most direct.
Your body listens even when your mind doesn’t.
Your body trusts music more than your mind.
We often call this magic. And, well, it is.
But I want to investigate the ‘why’.
It’s the foundation of something called Resonant Frequency Therapy.
My reaction to Kylie’s song was science in all it’s arm-flailing, drive-miming beauty.
It was a full on somatic response.
The motor cortex (movement) and limbic system (emotion) were all engaged before I had time to think about it.
It was a pre-cognitive emotional response..all thanks to Kylie and her frequencies.
While there is research still growing in the Resonant Frequency Therapy arena,
the idea of Music as Medicine is not new.
It’s ancient wisdom.
Our ancestors knew the power of music to change mood and to heal.
Tuning forks out. We’re diving deep.
As a composer, I want my music to do more than entertain.
I want it to heal and to recalibrate.
So I’ve started diving deep into the science of frequency, what it does, how it works, and why it matters more than ever in this noisy and somewhat distorted, static
world.
I am a curious coffee-infused composing conduit, asking some questions and sharing what I find.
It’s too important not to.
We humans are essentially tuning forks being bombarded by frequencies everyday in this noisy word.
Some heal and some hurt.
If we are intentional about flooding our nervous system with the aligned frequencies, that might be the very answer for healing.
Not only ourselves but the world.
The questions under all of this:
Are we allowing our health, mental well being and contagious energy to be complemented or compromised?
To find the answer, we need to remember what the ancients knew.
Cue: The Solfeggio Frequencies.
Nine frequencies.
Nine divine vibrations.
(Yes there were originally six, I’ll get to that).
While these frequencies are modern, they are inspired by the ancient idea: Sound is a medicine. They are believed to hold healing and transformative properties. Today these frequencies are used to:
Align the body and soul
Stimulate spiritual consciousness
Heal emotional and physical trauma
Harmonise with cosmic order
Just for a beautiful moment, imagine a world where we honoured and revered this resonance. A world where humans were intentionally shimmering themselves in healing codes on a daily basis.
A world where humans were so aware and conscious of the healing properties of frequencies, they chose to only surround themselves with healing codes every day.
Where every choice (what you listen to, what you speak about, what you think, what you create) was made through the lens of vibrational hygiene. The world wouldn’t just sound better.
It would be better.
Humans would resonate in perfect harmony not only with each other, but with the universe. One big beautiful human orchestra.
I don’t know about you, but this is a world I certainly want to help create.
In order to move toward this new earth and age of resonance, we must remember what our ancestors already knew.

What are these mysterious Solfeggio tones?
How (and why) did they suddenly vanish from history?
Honest mistake, or surreptitious suppression?

It's all about frequency and resonance! And yes, music really is medicine! I love this!
