The message from the sky today - there’s more room in you than you think.
May the heart show me how much room it has
I expand into what I already am.
I give generously, and I let it be received.
I hold two true things at once without dropping either.
I let my joy be big and my grief be big, and I find they fit.
I say yes to more life.
