Some of us feel very deeply. The incredible highs of joy can lift you clean off the ground, but then come the intense lows of overthinking, anxiety or frustration that can send you plummeting back to earth, almost instantly. If you’re anything like me, you may have been told you’re just too sensitive, but really, this ability to feel deeply isn’t something to push away, but a power. Every feeling is information, and it needs to be felt, and felt deeply, but sometimes might just need a little help when it comes to channeling.
So I made something to help. Music as medicine.
REMEMBER - a 30-minute sound journey that combines all the previous solo tracks (Release, Reset, Restore, Reconnect, Radiate and Return) and weaves them into one continuous experience.

I built this because sitting cross-legged in silence doesn’t really do it for me. As a composer and musician, my nervous system and soul don’t settle through stillness but rather through sound that moves, soaring melodies and catchy rhythms. So when the chest tightens, when the breath starts to quicken, when the mind won’t stop circling the same thought, or when simply wanting to change the frequency, this is what I reach for (this…and the daily sound activations). Not to push the feeling away but to allow the energy and feeling to move without judgement, and be surrounded with healing frequencies that lead to a more aligned place.
It’s about not bypassing a feeling, but not letting it run the show unprocessed.
REMEMBER moves through six stages:
RELEASE - invites you to let go of the state you arrived in, so the mind steps aside and the soul can speak.
RESET - intricate beats and frequencies pull focus from where you’ve been, and redirects the mind away from old stimulus.
RESTORE - soft, open harmonies and piano invite the heart to open, so the feeling can finally be felt, no judgement.
RECONNECT - the frequencies hold you while the energy moves.
RADIATE - the bridge back from stillness into the body and integrating what’s been felt. The final moving of stuck energy.
RETURN - awakens and grounds you, transitioning you back into the world from a steadier place.
This music works as medicine for anyone carrying more than they’re saying. For the overthinkers, those who are bristling at the noise around them, those who want a resonance pick me up, or for the moments when the world feels like it’s falling apart and you need a sonic friend to hold you while you just…feel.
Put your headphones on. This music is a soundtrack for whenever you need it. Doing the groceries, focusing on a task or turning the lights off and letting the sound take you where you need to go. Just let it do its work. Once the sound journey is done, this music lingers as a healing ear worm that you actually want - lingering long after the journey is complete, always calling you back to calm and groundedness.
