Today’s message from the stars - a new understanding grows quietly for a while before it’s ready to be said.
This sound activation is for those who’ve been going round and round the same story for weeks, and is now at the still point of a long rethink. The mind has been turning things over and today something new settles in.
May the new thought find room to grow.
I let the old story fall quiet.
I make space for an idea I haven’t had before.
I receive kindness without explaining why I need it.
I give generously where I can.
I trust the slow work of changing my mind.
Headphones on, press play and see what arrives.
Monday to Wednesday activations are free for everyone.
Subscribe and they'll land in your inbox.
See you tomorrow,
