Today we send the light of our love to those who feel deeply and must deliver anyway. To the ones holding both the softness of what they care for and the weight of what is being asked. To those who woke this morning with too much on the inside and too much on the outside, and no clear way to bridge them. We send our light to all those learning that the tender heart is not in opposition to what the world requires but the very thing that makes the work worth doing.

May the discipline be an act of love.
I bring structure to what I care about.
I meet the weight of today’s obligations without abandoning my own tenderness.
I allow the feeling to be the fuel, not the flood.
I know that showing up consistently is its own form of devotion.
I build the things I love, not just feel them.
I carry what is mine with compassion for how much it weighs.

This is not a light day, because he world is asking something of you.
You also have an inner world that needs care.
