This is the extended big brother version of the five-minute emergency reset. Same box breathing pattern and extended relaxation music for a deeper reset.
This track is for 20 minute meditations, or perhaps winding down before bed time. I sometimes have it playing in the background as ambient music while I’m working at the computer, or when doing a stretching/yoga session, and use the cued breathing as a reminder to check in with myself - is the jaw clenched? Are the shoulders high?
This is a free post, because breathing is for everyone.

Headphones on for full reset or let it run in the background while you work and however this music helps, it is important to listen to your body, and return to natural breathing whenever you feel the need.
I create this music to help me, and now it can help you too :)
P.S. If you’re wanting to support the Resonance Room further, please take a second to subscribe and comment on the Youtube page to this video.
It helps to get the word out:)
*Not medical advice - if you have any heart or breathing condition, are pregnant, or feel lightheaded, ease back into your natural breath.

This is timely. I got my first shingles vaccine yesterday and feel like I was run over by a freight train. Good thing I'm basically healthy. I got up an hour ago and ate some crackers and replenished fluids and I'm going right back to bed to listen to this. Already played "Remember" through twice this morning to distract myself. This should hit the spot (not the injection site, I iced that twice yesterday before crawling into bed for the night at 8:30 p.m., so at least that's not bothering me)!
