When the overthinking takes over or when the anxiety spiral starts - when the world relentlessly bombards you with chaotic frequencies, hijacking focus and draining peace - you need the nervous system to stand down, and to do so quickly.
Headphones on and follow the breathing pattern. Let the next 5 minutes stop the overthinking, settle the anxiety and allow the nervous system to relax.

When the world becomes too noisy, this box breathing pattern set to original frequency music, is built to interrupt the anxiety loop quickly. I create this music to help me, and now it can help you too and it is here whenever you need it.
In the words of Dr. David Hastings Lloyd D.Ac, R.Ac, R.TCMP
“Box breathing calms the autonomic nervous system. The slow, steady rhythm with brief holds strengthens vagal tone. This activates the parasympathetic “rest and digest” system and quiets the sympathetic “fight or flight” response. You often notice better heart rate variability, a slower breathing rate, and lower stress hormones like cortisol. The balanced phases also help stabilize blood carbon dioxide and oxygen levels. This supports clearer oxygenation and quieter neural firing”.

Already have been doing it, but looking forward to playing this as soon as I check out your daily (joint) offering posted earlier. Will let you know how it stacks up for me against the gold standard of your 30-minute "Remember" piece which I certainly don't share *every* time I listen to it, but has definitely become my "happy place" since you first released it. I've been more distracted than usual this morning so late getting to it - currently well after 11 am *here and now* and I haven't even had my coffee. May need to multi-task, but fortunately heavy rain with potential thunder storms -- apparently continuing until tomorrow morning -- means my day is clear, so to speak. Thanks for being inspired to do this, too.
Good work! Thanks for sharing!
