Sometimes it dissolves what we knew, and much like a woollen jumper that snags and keeps unravelling, it all comes down to one single thread. Today the task is to pick it up. Not knowing where it’s going, and just follow it.
A lot of us are living in that space right now, a little flat from what just dissolved, but feeling a spark starting to ignite. And that spark, if tended to, can turn into a healthy curiosity to see what is on the other side.

The first match of a new lunar week is lit just after midnight. The long dissolution ending and something new beginning. In the early hours, the most generous meeting of mind and heart this month arrives quietly: words land softly, plans take shape and conversations open doors. And moving through all of it, clarity is sharpening, giving voice to what was felt but unspoken. Tomorrow it completes but today it builds.
This is a day for picking up the thread, lighting the small flame, and letting yourself begin again.

Apparently while part of me was resting another part was deep diving because when I woke up this morning what landed was more like a string of pearls on my spiritual path than a mere thread. In terms of sharpening clarity, tomorrow I have cataract surgery scheduled for my right eye, so it doesn't get more literal than that.
