Sometimes even their luggage (emotional or physical). We get to the top and realize we’ve been following someone else’s map the entire time.

Today’s sound activation is for the ones walking away from something that wasn’t aligned with their truest self. Because that’s where a lot of us are living right now, holding something we built faithfully, realizing it was never truly ours to build.

From dutiful and undone, to choosing your version of success and walking the path meant for you. That’s what’s waiting for you on the other side of play.

Today we send the light of our love to those letting go of the version of success that was never truly theirs

To the ones who climbed faithfully and dutifully, only to reach a certain height and realise the mountain wasn’t theirs to climb. To those who built according to a blueprint handed down to them, unquestioned, until now, and are facing the particular grief of releasing not a failure, but an achievement that no longer fits. We send our light to those brave enough to put down what once defined them, trusting that something more honest is waiting on the other side of that surrender.

May the letting go make room for what is truly mine
I release the ambitions I inherited but never chose.
I grieve what I am putting down - it deserves that much.
I do not confuse surrender with defeat.
I make room in my hands for what is actually mine to carry.
I trust that clearing is not emptying - it is preparing.

Some of what we’ve been carrying wasn’t ours to carry in the first place.
They were handed to us before we were old enough to question them.
Today invites a reckoning and an invitation to put It down to pick up what’s yours.
You are allowed to set down anything that is not yours.
Not with shame, but with gratitude for what they taught you.
The new beginning that arrived yesterday has room for everything real but It has no room for what was never yours.

The releasing phase of the lunar cycle arrives in the early hours, landing in the energy of structure, ambition, and long-held responsibility. It’s asking the tender question, what have we been building, and does it still belong to our truest self? The drive to move forward is strong and ready, but honest accounting comes first. Release the outdated definition and the summit that was never yours. As the day closes, the perspective widens what we release personally feeds something collective.

This is a day for honest accounting, and the freedom that follows it.
