Something that has been stirring for a season becomes clear today with the mind, voice, and insight fusing all at once. The emotional weather shifts toward grounding to help us hold what arrives. The temptation will be to romanticise the disorientation rather than integrate it. Resist that. The spark is real. So is the work.
This is a day for letting the truth land, and then doing one small thing to root it in the world.

I feel as deeply rooted as a tree, and as free as a bird. In my element, actually all of the elements; earth, air (wind), fire, and water, plus the magical, luminous space in the middle of the mandala which unites all. Going out to spread some light and love today, after going in/on to further replenish some more of my own energy through meditation. Thanks for the daily reality check! So grateful to be able to start my day here every day since taking out a paid subscription earlier this month. Seven days a week essentially doubles the benefit I was getting from five because my weekends are now jam-packed. Weekdays are when I can typically take it slower. Getting off on the right foot every day is indispensable. Ha, I'm wordy today. And worthy. Words and music are powerful.
