The body always senses something before the mind can. It’s that buzzy, under-the-surface knowing that can’t quite be explained and yet it’s always right, so trust it.
After a week of fire in the sky, today delivers something different…rest. It’s a waiting day, not a doing day. And yes, waiting can be frustrating, especially when what’s coming feels like Christmas morning and you’re being told to go back to sleep. But it can also feel less like excitement and more like anticipation, not quite sure if the thing arriving is something to be thrilled about, or quietly nervous about. Either way, rest is important (and so are comforting snacks).
Today’s sound activation is for those of us in the waiting, but also feeling electric. It’s exhausting, so take the time to seek the stillness. Get comfortable, put on your headphones (best way to experience the journey) and let this sound carry you, exactly where you need to go :

To those who wake up knowing today is a waiting day, not a doing day. We send our light to those sitting on the edge of something they’ve been asking for, or something they’ve been afraid of, and cannot yet tell which.
May I trust the current gathering beneath me.
I let myself feel the shift before it fully arrives.
I trust what my body knows before my mind catches up.
I let anticipation soften me instead of brace me.
I stay close to what nourishes me as the edge approaches.
I let myself want what I want, even if it scares me.
The air is thickening and something is moving toward us.
Not yet here and not yet named
Today, the sky leans forward
The body knows and the sky knows.
Let the waiting be soft, not braced.
What’s coming has been forming for a long time.
Today, we prepare the ground - gently.
The emotional weather today is soft and abundant giving permission to feel deeply, to be nourished and to let yourself be held. But beneath that softness, something is on the edge of a significant shift. Venus sits at the final degree before meeting the energy that has been completing a seven-year initiation through the body, the earth, and everything we love and value. Something we’ve been holding, is on the eve of being touched by lightning.
This is a day for tenderness, for filling ourselves up, for trusting that the charge in the air is carrying us somewhere worth going.
